Plain-English terms for using this website and working with us. If anything here is unclear, ask — we’d rather explain than surprise you.

The free review

Our 5-point website review is free, carries no obligation, and reflects our professional opinion. It is advice, not a guarantee of specific business results.

Quotes & payment

Project work is quoted as a flat price before we begin. The scope, timeline, and payment schedule are confirmed in writing with your quote. No hourly billing, no surprise line items — changes to scope are agreed on before they’re built.

Ownership

On final payment, you own your website: the design, the content we wrote for you, and your domain. Demo designs we create before an engagement remain ours until a project is agreed. You’re responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide (licenses, service claims, pricing).

Content you provide

By sending us photos, logos, or text, you confirm you have the right to use them. We’ll never knowingly publish material that infringes someone else’s rights, and we’ll flag anything that looks risky.

Our work, honestly presented

Portfolio items marked as demonstration builds are exactly that — fictional businesses built to show our real process. Client work is only published with permission.

Limitations

We build sites designed to convert, but no one can guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue — and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
