The brief

The brief

An executive search firm for biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical technology companies has to feel as considered as the leaders it places. We staged it like architecture: concrete, glass and daylight, large restrained type, fine rules and an unhurried editorial rhythm, so the authority comes from composition rather than claims.

Design decisions

How it earns trust in the first five seconds.

  1. Architecture as imagery

Monumental interiors and natural light set a calm, senior tone before a single claim is made.

  2. Type that whispers

Large, light uppercase display type and generous negative space give every line room to land.

  3. Two audiences, one rhythm

Companies and candidates each get a clear path, presented side by side as equals.

  4. Editorial pacing

Fine rules, numbered sections and quiet transitions read more like a publication than a pitch.

Proxima Vita section titled “Behind every breakthrough, there is a person,” with portrait photography for companies and candidates.
